My overall expierience was heightened by the top notch service provided by their staff, irrespective whether it is a room service, house keeping or resteaurent staff.

Attended a company achievers meet at Agra. Sightseeing included the Taj & Fatepur Sikri.
Best Experience: Realised on the morning after we checked in that I could actually see a bit of the Taj from my hotel room.
Worst Experience: Tried to get a friend to take a photo of mine near the window but because of the strong backlight could not quite get the photo I wanted.

Best Experience: Very nice hotel. Ideal for a family weekend getaway. The new Kayakalp spa is fabulous. Wife had a great time there. The food is superb. The Peshawari Restuarant is clone of the famous Bukhara at a fraction of the price.
