1 - About the room - Not up to standard of Holiday Inn. The walls of the rooms had dripping water when we entered the room. 2. Service and Front desk staff was nowhere close to courteous. Basic stuff like shaving cream was not there in the bathroom.s

Best Experience: The location of the property is good. Food was also ok.

Worst Experience: While clicking some pics in the first floor outside garden, we forgot out camera case there which had few memory cards too. Within 5 mins we came back looking for it and it was gone. No effort was done by front desk manager to find it. Though he promissed that he will surely find it and call us. Its been more than a year, we are still waiting for his call.

all i want to say is wrong hotel at the right place. We stayed there for 3 nights and we all were waiting for the last day to come so that we could checkout as soon as possible.

Best Experience: sorry to say but i do not remmember any thing that could remind me as a best experience.

Worst Experience: I have loads of it, every moment was a worst moment for me no clean rooms, bedsheets, pillows and not even clean washrooms.
