1. I had done an online internet booking for Ginger Mysore. At the reception counter, I just presented my ID Proof and every thing was done automatically. They did not even ask for my booking copy. The buffet facility is extreemly well organised with all the menu shown on printed notice board at the entry point for dinning area. 2. The only negative thing is that the food menu in the room service is very little ( mostly snacks and starters from chinese) compaired to the menu available in the dinning area. So one has to go to the down stair to satisfy the hunger. 3.The check out was extreemly smooth, in five minutes time they presented a bill for additional food for my daughter and tax. The really good service and value for money in the TATA way.

Best Experience: In the bath room, there was no Bucket and Mug. I requested the house keeping team for the same and the service was rendered in flat five minutes time.

Worst Experience: The best value for money...no negative remark. If you are looking for budget hotel, do not look any where.....no touts ....no bargane....really ethical the way TATAs work.

The hotel was ok and good.The rooms and facilities were average.yet enough and comfortable for the stay.the food was good as well. nice stay.The place was the best.

stayed there for 7 days. very poor internet. Not many food options on Sundays. No restaurant or Bar. Far from the main road. Cab service is Bad/Expensive, so useless. No complementary breakfast despite staying for 7 days. Rooms are not as big as it was shown in the pictures.
