The hotel is conveniently located near to city and the appearance of the hotel was average. The staff members at the hotel were average to respond. The room provided to me was good and maintained hygiene with all the required amenities in working condition. There was no delay during check in and check out process, it was done smoothly.
Last week with my Bangalore friends I stayed there for two nights. Location was good but outside Weather was little humid. The hotel Exterior was nice but not so great. It was entirely different. An excellent luxury hotel with a Budget that would suit any normal person. Hospitality was too good though the service was delayed sometimes. However the hotel turned out to be amazing in its location, Close to the Railway Station, Beach and the two pubs. Service was nice but needs improvement. Restaurant was good but not great. First day we preferred the restaurant food but next day we tried some local restaurants near beach road. So overall nice experience and I suggest you people to give it a try.
Last month I with my four friends went for a visit to Visakhapatnam for enjoying holidays there we have came through 99 Residency Hotel. From outside this hotel is very good and inside also we have found good staff. We stayed for 3 days and 4 nights food is of good quality and room is found to be very good compare to other hotels. Overall I recommend to my friends if they visit Visakhapatnam then be sure to stay in 99 Residency Hotel.
This is a good hotel near the Visakhapatnam Beach. We had chosen this hotel because it is near to the airport. This hotel is good value for the money. The rooms are very much clean and very large. The manager was very helpful and arranged sightseeing to Araku Valley for us. Always choose the super deluxe or deluxe rooms at least for better stay.
I had visited Visakhapatnam to attend an interview. The hotel was as good as the city. Food, in particular was just outstanding. The services were good too. The amenities were of top class. It was really comfortable staying at this place. It was worth our money.
Nice hotel with good looking office and food stuff to eat and we went with family. At morning we and enjoyed a lot. Entire family members feel good. They all liked the food and activities there. If any one want to go with family it is nice place to go. Even couples can also go, especially with kids. There are lot of things for kids and cool weather makes mind relief to every one including young ones and adults too.
The location was convenient closer to railway station whereas staff services was very nice and good appearance whereas rooms were neat along basic amenities, there was no view and food was good. There was no delays in check-in and check-out whereas there was no any activities but the tariffs was reasonable.
I was not very sure of the kind of hotel this was going to be, since I wanted to be close to the heart of the city and also move around and not to miss my night life. The hotel turned out to be amazing in its location. Close to the Railway Station, Beach and the two pubs. They also arranged a guide and taxi to help me travel around Visakhapatnam and the nearby areas like Araku Valley. Very cordial and warm. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.
It’s nice to visit here lot of good things to see in visage. Hotel is nice with good appearance and best service, preferred to stay more. I will recommend the hotel and city to visit. Location of hotel is good and view of environment is nice to look for.
Hotel was very best maintenance best service very good front office. Overall, it was very good and excellent to stay with family and also for business purpose. Room was very spacious and also very neat. Good place to spend time with your friends.
