Ramada Caravela Beach Resort Reviews

A nice resort with good acesss to a large section of the beach .. Can do with lil renovation and more upkeep of the place esp the landscaping The food is great .. huge spread , but needs to add mor variety on the Indian front .. Quite a few activities for each age group.

Best Experience: A lovely tequilla night organised onthe beach , with a DJ and a bonfire .. only dampner was that the food served in the setup was only non-veg

Worst Experience: Room service ( cleaning ) and front desk with their inflexibility in timings for chkout and taxi cast a shadow onan otherwise \"sunny \" and bright trip

Worst Experience: Nothing really bad. Only crib I have is that when you visit a 5 star resort, you expect a 5 star service and a lot of attention paid to the guest. This was somehow lacking at Caravela. Also, given the amount of renovation going on at this property, they should have either offered the package at a discount or given some sort of a sweetener (like some freebies) to make people feel better.

I went on a honeymoon trip. The property was good and so is the surroundings. It was just that we went on an offseason time so couldn\'t do much activities there. The services was satisfactory. But overall we enjoyed the place and especially the food.

Best Experience: Well, one fine day we went to the private beach of the hotel. And somehow our slippers got so dirty that we couldn\'t removed the oily sand sticked to it. We came back to our hotel room. And then washed our slippers in the bathing tub. Because of so much oily mud the color of white tub changed into red. We were so embarresed and called the hotel housekeeping to clean it up. Which they did to perfection. ;)

Worst Experience: We faced some problems while checking out from the hotel as we had taken a package and inspite of our agent repeatedly confirming the package with the hotel. The hotel still billed us for the entire duration of stay.

if the taxi service is regulated then it will be a good ideal place to stay and detach yourself from the external world . nice ambience , and ok music . room service needs to be improved
