A resort at a remote place like Bhandardara, with good facilities, well maintained and clean private cottages, wide variety of buffet food, and very good views from the resort itself. This leaves you really relaxed for exploring the the absolutely fantastic nature in Bhandardara. Hardly any traffic on the roads, fresh cool breeze and green fields surrounded by tall hills all around - what more can nature lover expect on a holiday.

Best Experience: The private cottage A1 allotted to us was with a private garden with the view of the Arthur lake.We could sit relaxing, soaking in the refreshing environs over a cup of tea. The resort had a club house with pool, badminton, carrom, chess etc, and a spa. The buffet spread at b'fast, lunch and dinner was good with a nice variety. Yet the staff were ever ready to make any other dish if customer desired.

Worst Experience: Hardly any bad experiences. However, the welcome drinks never came and the fruit basket came late in the evening though these should be on arrival.

anandvan resort is a destination in iteself with great landscapes facing the huge bhandardhara lake; each cottage is nicely decorated and is very spacious with individual garden; morning trek up the hill from the resort is fabulous; good food with great variety adds to your experience.

Best Experience: I travelled with my wife and two young daughters who are very choosy with their food; the chef made sure that both my daughters got their best dishes served to them on both the days that we were there; the portable swimming pool in the garden by the cottage is something quite nice for the kids.

Worst Experience: None

We were there for 3 days and the destination was really good and Luxurious cottages, scenic beauty, mouth watering food,hospitable service made our stay a memorable one,and it’s a peaceful place away from the city madness.expensive but value for money good season to visit is from 15thjune to 15th jan to enjoy more,overall the stay was memorable and enjoyable...

super cottage with lake view rooms.you can hear the chirping of the birds and the rustle of the wind,it feels soo good staying there.the reception helped us regarding the transport and all it was very kind of them. for a foodie the restaurant is the best place they have wide variety of menu.. great stay overall.

It is a great place to visit,peaceful,serene,romantic. The resort is decently maintained.Food was good and variety was there. We went to the dam which is hardly 5 mins from the resort. We went to deep valley point and the view was just amazing. Overall the experience was very good. People who cannot bear cold climate at all,should carry warm clothes with them.

Best Experience: The climate was very good. Resort staff specially Mr. Bonnie was cheerful, helpful. All the other staff were also good. Best experience was deep valley point. Everyone should visit that place.

Worst Experience: There is nothing specific to mention as a worst experience but there were lot of mosquitoes.
