A very good hotel.Food quality was good.The service was very good,the property huge and splendid.The rates were reasonable as well. the staff were really helpful and kind.Lovely hotel.

Excellent Location. Right in the heart of Beverly Hills of Mumbai where all Celebraties live. Hotel full of life and always bubbling with activity.Staff very courteous and food excellentand ambience of the hotel flawless.

Best Experience: They remember Anniversary,Birthdays,and other important events of regular guests,and celebrate the same with Cake and flowers in your room.The Breakfast is so lavish,and nice and hot,and fresh,unmatched service,and a very important Hub ofcelebraties always flocking all over the Hotel.

Worst Experience: NIL

HEAVENLY! We had a sea facing room with curtains that you can adjust depending on how much light you want to let into the room. The breakfast buffet was just scrumptious!

Best Experience: The laundry came back with a rose on top of the box which was a particularly pleasant surprise, adds a little extra nice touch.

Worst Experience: None!

The experience was pretty new and a place to discover in Mumbai.

Best Experience: The rooms were at its best with the service and the activities.

Worst Experience: Mumbai is not a good destination to go for relax holiday..therefore the surroundings were also not up to the mark.
