Haridwar was a must visit on my bucket list and of course no guesses there because of the Ganges banks! But never had I imagined that the whole trip would so surpass my expectations and I would mostly attribute this to the resort I stayed at I was making the trip from Mumbai and was headed there via Delhi, plan was to book a car from the airport direct and head there directly. Only at the last minute I discovered to my consternation that it was going to be a problem as I landed there on Holi day and it was not going to be possible to get a taxi driver from Delhi to agree to drive me there! Having already taken the booking in advance at the resort I called them to realign it, but the super cool and efficient staff there informed me that I need not worry and that they would arrange for my travel to the resort. Which they did in great style the taxi was ready and waiting, it was a good cab and I reached in record time The best part about the resort in my opinion was it's location. A little out of Haridwar, in the middle of mustard fields and right on the river banks. I couldn't have asked for more! My face just beamed from ear to ear The property itself was very well kept, the rooms were not mega sized but adequate and tastefully done with a surprise private terrace. What I loved that it had a good sense of privacy for every cottage room and yet easily accessible to every facility to use There was also a spa with neat surroundings, yoga classes on the banks in the morning, books to read and enough ground to leisurely stroll around. The buffet breakfast and dinner boasted a decent spread and were tasty enough And yet again it was their service availability which impressed me most. They organized a drive to Haridwar in time for the evening Aarti, and with a great driver too. He made sure we got to see and do the Aarti up close and personal. Additionally he regaled with us some funny, dangerous stories of the wild while taking us the next day to Rishikesh as well. So I would most recommend this resort instead of staying exactly in Haridwar, especially for nice romantic or family holiday, great stress buster. On most counts I would definitely wish to visit again. We loved the holiday!

The property is beautiful as located on the banks of Ganga. It has a nice pool overlooking the river, big spacious villas, there is a big lawn with some enjoyable sporty activities in the evening, a children's room with rock climing, a trampoline and a small basketball ring. The staff is friendly and overall very good service
We stayed there and the month of August 2014 on a business trip and the stay was quite comfortable. We booked the entire resort for our annual dealer conference and found the place was amazing and its staff was also very courteous. The food was okay and rooms were comfortable specially the first floor rooms in villa having Jacuzzi. The best part was its location on the banks of river Ganges; we enjoyed a lot over there though the time was short and also seen Ganga Arti in the evening. Little improvement required in cleaning, overall recommended for peace stay.
The hotel was very good. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. I was able to see Ganga river view. The room was spacious, neat, clean and well maintained. The room amenities were in working condition. The hotel had 24 hours room service. There was food available in there but I had not taken food. There were no such activities like swimming pool, indoor and outdoor game etc. I went with my family. The hotel destination was very good. The hotel was value for money. I would like to recommend this hotel to other tourist.
