"Good hotel. Not so good food"

t is good, but food is not good in the hotel, the complimentary breakfast that they were offering is pathetic and even for lunch and dinner also we have to drive far to get good food.

The hotel was great to stay for a couple of days.Breakfast in the ground floor had more variety than the one on the 20 th floor which is more catering to international cuisine.
Best Experience: Location being near to connaught place hence it was very good to do any shopping around.
Worst Experience: When you are staying at such a prestigious hotel one would expect that wifi is complimentary which nowadays ordinary hotels provide but here it was on a chargeable basis.This does not augur well for the greatness of the hotel.

"Excellent location, being right in..."

Excellent location, being right in Connaught Place, which is downtown Delhi. Other wise, it looks like an ageing property. Service is ok, not very spectacular. Food, similarly, is fine but not special.
Best Experience: The proximity to shopping in Connaught Place is the hihglight of this hotel.
Worst Experience: Did not get good service from the business centre when trying to get some paperwork completed.

Best Experience: Front desk staffs were awesome in guest service. variety of all food like Chinese, continental, Thai, sea food etc. Transportation to airport especially arrangement of cars was quite good
