The rooms were good , neat and clean. But there is no lift and people having trouble to climb have fewer options (if available). we visited gangtok in month of may 2012, rooms were good, but they were short of staff, they didnot have room boy most... More

gangtok was nice place to visit but the hotel was not of the caliber expected, totally miss organised,only the night manager was of good help,rooms were good ,but the service was not good at all, very less staff that is why the service was not... More

The Aden Residency,now renamed as Royal Residency, has been quite satisfying to me.

Best Experience: The personal care taken by the Hotel is just excellent.

Worst Experience: None.

"Gangtok is itself a good..."

Gangtok is itself a good place for nature lovers but rates of the room are beyond limits of any middle class travelers. It is also advisable that tourists must be earlier informed about going to Lachung and Nathula pass
