my overall experience is too good, hotel staff and room facilities are best.although there is so many hotels in agra but hotel clark shiraj is much better and affordable

my experience is not so good as compare to last visit at hotel clark at jaipur , room is not ok , the hotel adminstration should work to improve the building maintances as well as room infratrure.

Excellent and good customer service. Food is nice but the room was not perfect compared to a 5 star rated hotel

i had very bad exp. with this hotel.firstlly the whole hotel need to renovate, food quality was also not gud.the lawns outlook everything need an improvement

The reception and check in was very pleasant and completed rapidly in a few minutes. Welcome drink was served during the check in period. The room was well appointed with a lovely view. House keeping services were excellent.

Best Experience: One of the 3 days stay included my birthday. The hotel sent a lovely cake and wishes. It was very thoughtful of the staff.

Worst Experience: The coffee shop service was slow. The staff noted this point I had made in the feedback sheet. They immediately contacted me to know the details and assured me that this would be immediately looked into.

The location of hotel was good and fine, food and room facility also good, the best facility was breakfast and dinner arrangement.
