Hotel Review of Howard Park Plaza
Comments: Very average overall. The room is adequate. As expected.Nothing to complain. The lobby and appearance were good. The room service menu was sparse and too expensive. Also the dinner buffet was too expensive at Rs. 590. and the spread was poor.
Best Experience: The swimming pool and health club was good.
Worst Experience: The Taj viewing gallery on the roof top was closed. Breakfast was below average for this class of hotel. Having a large number of foriegn tourists one would definitely expect a better spread. At the banquet the food was poor, the low light being watery tomato soup being served out of a steel drum with tap. Chipped cutlery being used.
