it was a plesant stay where we had freindly help full people around

Best Experience: the dinner time despite it being late they managed stuff for us thanks to the cook

Worst Experience: we had to leave early as we had other plans

"Poor service"

The Hotel is located in a good place but the service was pathetic. didnot expact this kind of service from a star hotel . We were told that it was a five star hotel but we foundout it as a disaster. Lift was not working properly.Room service was very slow and we had to call them again and again.

Though It was located in a crowded surroundings yet the Place was providing Peaceful Atmosphere as well as on account of its close proximity to Taj-Mahal, we really enjoyed the stay & trip.

Best Experience: It was raining heavily when we arrived so the Doorman provided umbrellas for a comfortable check-in.

Very good experience. Hadnt expected the hotel to be this good. Though I had been on a business visit, the hotel is a good option for vacationers, primarily because of its close proximity to Taj Mahal

Best Experience: The room was well done and the breakfast buffet had good variety. The in house dinner options are expensive (probably priced due to the high foreign traffic that i could see), there are decent options available when you step out of the hotel

Worst Experience: The front office had erred on the tariff offered as they confused my name with some other guest

Perrfect place in terms of central location and proximity to Railway station and Airport and above all Taj Mahal.

Best Experience: Great food is served here be it any cuisine. Specialities - Dal Makhani, Achari Gosht, Chicken Steak.

Worst Experience: Very dull ambience and the staff comes across with a cold smile!!
