Mallya Residency Reviews

Agumbe is in the heart of rain forest area. Lots of rain, lot of green..gree world around you. And ya....lots of waterfalls as well. A nice place for relaxing and take up some advantageousness projects. Well, about Mallys Residency, this is the only place in Agumbe as of now. Other places are kind of home stay. This is the tallest building in Agumbe (as you can see in the pic) Place is easy to locate, and very close to Bus station. The owner is very friendly. You will get food in the near by hotel. Most of the hotels around are veg, and very few non-veg hotels, in this area.

Best Experience: i was there for 4 days, and had a great time walking in the forest etc. with regard to this hotel : well, since there are no other place to compare, i must say everything was good. but, what was BEST is : the hospitality\'s of the owner. They were willing to extend any type of support in this remote area. Real lovely ppl.

Worst Experience: Nothing.

Really disgusting..Unfortunately I dint have any option but to end up in Mallya residency... My wife is about to kill me with this horrifying room there

Driving in this hill station unforgettable experience. very big trees and curvy roads . Sunset was very nice here. Coming to hotel, it is very clean and very nice even though it is a village.

Agumbe’s scenic beauty has always left me speechless.It is a beautifull small hill station in Karnataka perfect destination for jungle trekkers and wildlife lovers.I stayed in a hotel Mallya residency it’s was not so good bcoz there was places is very small even rooms were not clean and not so good.food was pathetic.I had a worst experience in that hotel.

It's was nice & great exp...Though it was not rainy season however we enjoyed.....We will plan again during Rain.

Best Experience: Best- We could make Tandoori Chicken....Thanks to the hotel owner he allowed & made all the arrangements......Sunrise was awesome....And Malabar beach exp also.
