Ahij Kol is a mountain stream that originates from Badgam and passes through several villages and valleys including the Khag Valley. The stream merges with the Jhelum River after flowing from forests and pastures. Sukhnag spring is the common fountainhead for Ahij Kol spring along with Laen Kol and Sona Maen springs.
