'Akash
Lochan'means the sky's eye. It is used
to describe the panoramic view one can see from the top of the Kolhua hill at a
height of 1,575 feet.
The Kolhua hill lies about 6 miles south east of
Hunterganj. At Hunterganj one has to cross the Lilangen river bridge and go by
jeep or walk through the uneven track to the foot of hill.
Apart from the view, Kolhua hill also has some
ancient temples, the most important of which is a Kali temple known as
'Kauleshwari Devi'
