"Courteous staffs"

Alappey is one of the added beauty of Kerala. And pagoda is one the most attractive hotel. Very pleasant location, looks very serene. Rooms are clean and spacious with clean bathrooms. Food was very brilliant and tasty. Staffs are very courteous.

Best Experience: Best location torelax.

"Fantastic location"

Location of this hotel was fantastic at alleppey the overview of the hotel was very pleasant even the service was fine.overall had a good experience.

Best Experience: The rooms were spacious and was clean moreover the restaurants were good and provided delicious food,staff were very helpful.prices were quiet reasonable....

Worst Experience: I felt that i hotel should be appended little more.

"Undoubtedly superb"

The architecture of the resort is undoubtedly superb..a wonder..a beauty....However the rooms are big and spacious bathroom,and its well furnished,and its very reasonable staff are good,inside the room there is a mini bar you can enjoy inside the room no need to bother about the service over all we liked the stay and we enjoyed a lot..........
