Hotel Review of Ravi Kiran Hotel
Comments: On arrival the room was not ready and you had to spend time loitering around.
The publicised pool was dirty and not cleaned even at 2 PM! The depth of the pool is more hence one needs to be careful with kids, as there is a lone attendant and he is also missing at times. Not many floats available. Only one water slide. The garden is only for namesake. The games room was a pathetic small room. It seems they have bought a rotting second hand Table tennis table and kept the same there. The bats were worth throwing away! Broken and with no rubber on them. Carrom board same state as TT table, No powder and bad sitting arrangement in the corner of room. The room lights were not working and electrician had to be called repeatedly. The so called Spa and Sauna room is not at all used and when we entered it was foul smelling, services not provided.
Best Experience: The room was good. If you are a couple and if that's all that you want.
Somehow post dinner Gulab Jamun tasted good, maybe sugar syrup was the culprit.

One attendant offered to take one of my kids to the doctor at night 10 PM as he was vomitting and complaining of stomachache post evening snacks. It was very touching. Since we had carried medicines, we could manage without going.
Worst Experience: The food is pathetic. Imagine you ask for all inclusive package and you can't fill your stomach decently. Oily tasteless pakoras for evening snacks with tea! Breakfast nothing to talk about. Black coloured oily egg burji.
For room services and help you needed to call many times. May be understaffed.

We booked this resort/hotel through Sam San Services and very sad to say that they are not aware about the physical state there. Their job ends the moment you deposit the money in their ICICI account in advance. In fact on reaching this resort I immediately wanted them to refund the money or keep it as credit to be availed later at any other resort. nothing was accpeted and I had to endure my mistake.

Hotel Review of Ravi Kiran Hotel
Location good. Food okay. I think this is the best hotel to stay in Alibaug. Other hotels are too unclean and cheap feeled compared to this one....
