We went there with no expectations whatsoever. It was a resort where we got accomodation at short notice when atleast 4 other resorts around Bombay told us they were full - so were a bit apprehensive actually. Check in process was quick & smooth. The resort is located away from the sea and nearest beach is Kihim. The resort is new and rooms are in great condition. The accomodation consists of a hall with 2 bedrooms.
