There are lot of dining options in Allahabad. It depends on what one wants to have. Most of the upmarket restaurants are in the Civil Lines area serving wide range of cuisine from north indian to south indian to pizza and pasta. However if one wants to savor some local flavors head to the Chowk area. The lane called 'Loknath' is highly recommended for its local chaat, and samosas.
