Food is good. Ambience is also good. Staff is cooperative. Destination is good. Near Thane Railway station easy to reach to this hotel. Enjoyed with family & friends. Overall good experience.
My friend and I came to Thane to visit Mumbai. I stayed in this hotel for full two days. Hotel is near to Bus stop. Staff member are polite and gave 24/7 service. Beach is near to the hotel. In hotel we ate different types of non veg food but I like paplet fish.
I like this hotel. I have stayed here with my wife. Rooms were amazing and very neat. A very comfortable bed and first comfy pillows. Extremely clean and maintained areas and excellent breakfast choices. Very helpful and friendly staff and I want to came here again and again.
This hotel quality is superb so I like this hotel. Because of many reasons. Overall best experience. Very nice ambience. Very good service and superb cleanliness. Everything is best. The staff members are very cooperative. I had worst experience staying there. I reached at other Lodge on 2nd March. Then I went to this superb hotel then I felt that this is a amazing hotel in my whole life.
I went Mumbai for official work and stayed in Alok Lodge (Gokhale Road, Opp. Thane Railway Station, Thane West). But, I have had worst experience staying there. I reached at Alok Lodge on 01-Jul-2015 6:45 am and asked the receptionist for room availability. I preferred to keep dormitory instead of individual room as they have set check-in/out time at 12 o'clock noon. Hence, I kept dormitory at Rs. 350/- for 5 hours (7 am to 12 pm) and then I was supposed to move to individual room at Rs. 600/- as per my conversation with receptionist To reserve dormitory, I gave Rs. 500/- to receptionist and he asked that he has no change as per now. He would give it back to me certainly (within 10 mins). Well, I request him to keep it in written that I have credit left of Rs. 150/- and he could check it off whenever he gave it to me. He refused to make it in written and told me that there is no need to have it in written as it won't take more than 10 minutes. However, on my recurring request, he agreed to make it in written and he did the same with his signature on the back side of payment slip of my dormitory booking of Rs. 350/- Then, I went out at 10 am (after 3 hrs of my check-in) for official work and unfortunately it took much time than I expected. I returned to Alok Lodge at night and went to dormitory fragment to get fresh as I was tired of whole day. Suddenly, one guy who was sitting at reception came to me and said, "How can you go directly to room without giving today's charge? " I told him that I am still here at your lodge, my luggage was also here and I am not going to go anywhere without giving you your money. I was just about to come after having a washroom. That man talked a lot which was not considerable and suitable at all for any man after all we are their customers. Though, this conversation happened, I was ready to stay there the receptionist came and told me that, "You have had words with me to keep a separate room and not dormitory by 12 pm noon, haven't you? " I replied him, "Yes, we talked about it. Since this is too late now, I would like to keep dormitory for one more day and we will see about individual room tomorrow, if I stay. " But, the receptionist said, "This is not the way we are doing business here. If you say so, you have to keep a room thereby. " After long discussion, they agreed on me staying in dormitory. So, I gave him remaining charge 200/- out of 350/- as there was my 150/- credit already available since morning Again, the receptionist had contrary views by saying that he has given me Rs. 150/- balance within 5 minutes of my check-in. I refused on it as he had never given the same and I showed him a slip which clearly stated Rs. 150/- credit. I was providing all the evidence, the receptionist did not agree to accept the fact. We had an argument on the same for a while. As a final point, they gave me Rs. 150/- back and asked me to check out the same moment at midnight. The receptionist was so rude and loud during this whole conversation, although he was wrong at any manner. He knows 0% of customer service and satisfaction. When I asked them that I want to talk to their manager/supervisor, they told me that we ourselves are the boss here. I needed to check out immediately and look for a new lodge or guest house in that very night. It took me a lot of time as I was exhausted a lot Please note there is no room available for Rs. 500/- or less (like they promote), they start with Rs. 600/- minimum. I would prefer to stay on Railway Station rather than Alok Lodge, Gokhale Road, Railway Station, Thane West, Mumbai.
I was on my industrial training in Maharashtra and it was some place near Thane. It was night and I had to find a place to sleep, so I was in this hotel. The hotel is near railway station and not so luxurious. Food quality was average too. But it worked for me because all I had to do was to spend the night.
Overall best experience with very nice ambience, very good service, superb cleanliness and everything were best. They are very cooperative. The interiors are pleasant and the desk services are best. The garden is well maintained. Exterior looks are attractive. The hotel building has very best elevation. Pool and gym is well developed, maintained, and well equipped.
We were here for about three days; we were here for a business meeting. The appearance of the hotel was good and the location, office, services, rooms, foods were really good. Staffs were friendly; they served South Indian, north Indian, Chinese and Maharashtra dishes. If you were in Pune, looking for a hotel within your budget and this hotel you were looking for.
The hotel is near the station and rates are reasonable and cheaper. South Indian, north Indian, Chinese and Maharashtrian dishes are served. I have been here in-numerous times with friends, family. The place is well set, hygienic, service is good too with their experienced servers. This place is always crowded no matter at what time of the day you hope in due to its perfect location right when you move out of the Thane station. Convenient and best is good food & services providing from long time.
