The Aloobari Gompha is a beautiful monastery known for its splendid architecture. It is home to monks from Tibet and Sikkim who also sell religious items and handicrafts from a shop within the complex. This beautiful monesery si alos known as Mak Drong Gomba and if you are going towards Darjeeling, you can visit Thupten Sangachoeling Gompa and Sonada Gomba.
