"Cool and calm place"

It was all in all fantastic...Cool and calm place for a quiet party leisurely..

It was super. We stayed in a homestay which was like a home away from home. thanks to Jayashree and Ananth

About Alpinia

Alpinia, set amidst a coffee plantation, is situated at Katlekad Village. The property is 13 km from the main town Madikeri. Alpinia offers a number of experiences such as Burma Bridge, tree top net, tree house and a stream and pond. The guests can take part in cycling, estate walks, trekking and rain dance.

Rooms & Amenities

Alpinia has 2 guest rooms in the main house and a cottage overlooking the stream with a waterfall. The rooms and cottage have attached bathrooms with hot water facility. The tourists can experience bathing from ‘Hande’, firewood heated, concealed water vessel. The cottage and one bed room in the main house has attached kitchen for the convenience of the guests. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies are served by the home stay. Indoor and outdoor activities are arranged for the guests.
