Amazing hotel with a professional and very experient and friendly staff - the most beautifull pool area in mumbai

Worst Experience: The internet system is too slow - had to buy reliance netconnect high speed to be able work properly

Taj Mahal Palace & Tower is an excellent hotel, as far as services and hotel goes. But there is a big problem of parking and traffic. Overall the hotel, staff, services are very good, I would like to recommend this hotel to all business travellers.

Best Experience: I checked in on 26th Jan and checked on 27th. After check out I came to know that I have to attend two more meetings and have requested the hotel for one night extension, they took only few minutes and provided me the room again. Really prompt and excellent cooperation.

Worst Experience: Not even a single bad experience.

I stayed in the old wing and it was great. The location just beside the Gateway of India is lovely; do try a promenade on the waterfront early in the morning before the city wakes up. I found it very refreshing. The Sea Lounge is a beautiful place to grab a cup of cofee or even get brunch/lunch. The old wing has great style and compares well with many fancy hotels across the world that i have had a chance to stay in.
