I had booked this room by online. I had visited this hotel with my friends. The room facility was good in the hotel. I didn’t use activity in the hotel. The reception staff’s behaviour was not good in the hotel. The Wi-Fi facility was available in the room. All basic amenities were provided in the room. I had paid extra for food. The best part of the hotel was located in the centre of the city. The overall experience was good in the hotel. I would like to recommend this hotel for other travellers.

The hotel was located in the city. The ambiance at the hotel was crowdie. The hotel was located opposite to the bank. The interior and exterior of the hotel was well maintained. The staffs at the hotel were active. The check in and checkout procedure was quick and easy. The room which they allocated to me was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The amenities like AC, TV and refrigerator were functioning well. The laundry service was not there at the hotel. The bed sheets and pillows were changed regularly. I didn’t see any special view from my balcony. The food facility at the hotel was fine and the price was affordable. The quality was not that much good. The hotel had not organized any sightseeing trip. Overall destination was good. I would like to recommend this hotel for other travellers.
This is a very good hotel just walk able distance from Marine Drive. Ideally located very near to Church Gate Station of South Mumbai. Having three restaurants serving tasteful foods with prompt service. All the front side rooms have more attractions like outside view and if you are having top floors than one can see the Braborne Stadium too.
Located at Churchgate, Mumbai, the hotel is situated in heart of the city and very much near to the sea. Offers huge and spacious rooms, courteous staff is eager to serve you. The buffet breakfast is full of variety and will fill you for the hectic day. I got discount on buffet luncheon because of some offer. Buffet luncheon and dinner had variety and great taste. Gym is sufficiently equipped so that you don't miss necessary workout. Surprisingly, hotel does not have any swimming pool. I heard that it had a revolving restaurant and bar on the top floors offering you panoramic 360 degrees view of the city and sea, which is not in operation now.
Awesome location a couple of minutes walk to Marine Drive. Great rooms, great service and great value for money. Good restaurants with a very good choice of food and beverages. Enjoyed the stay, views from the rooms were blocked by other buildings. Helpful and courteous staff.
While away from home, you want to be happy. You want to be comfortable. You want to enjoy yourself. You want the place where you are staying to meet your satisfaction. This hotel is the right place to enjoy outing. Its celebrity history provides a fascinating back story, while personal service manages to make the hotel feel like home.
