Hotel Review of City Heart Hotel
Comments: I was rather dissappointed with the cleanliness of the town and knowing that it's a holy city like the 'Vatican City'. Cannot believe that the city in India is way below the standards of the World and who are producing genius people but yet they choose to leave in such a poor state. Goverment of India especially headed by a 'Sikh' could have given special attention. Perhaps the Mayor of Srinagar could give their inputs of cleanliness. Srinagar was clean and 'Wow'
Best Experience: We stayed in 'City Heart Hotel' in Amritsar and it was amazing. The Hotel really made a different for us especially when we first arrived at the train station. The owners and staff were amazing and the rooms were clean and we felt really at home. Location of Hotel was good and the driver we use from the Hotel 'Bikram' was amazing as nothing was too much for him. He droved us from Amritsar to Srinagar and to Delhi and he was great. The owners of City Heart Hotel are thru gentlemens as we had some issues with our travelling plans and they accommodated patiently and went along with us and we were really sorry for being a pain.
Worst Experience: Town were dirty

This a hotel which si very close to the golden temple and withing the market area so you cannot expect beautifuul surroundings. The rooms are small but comfortable....
