Overall experience was OK. Hospitality by the manager towards senior citizen was good.n
Worst Experience: No warm water for bath in a cold climate and no locks for main door and bathroom door

The location is very convenient though tough to climb the road. Parking facility is available. They said rooms are lake facing but due to high trees, lake was not visible. Overall a good budget hotel.

It was near by lake and market ,they arrange the cab facilities, it is one of the famous hotels in Nainital ,service were very good of this hotel. There was restaurant of hotel, we had food there only.
