Not clean, bugs in the room, no service whatsoever, had to go out even to get water. But the location was good, quite close to Promenade. They also allowed late checkout because most of their rooms were unoccupied. I won't stay here again. Look for other hotels close by.
Restaurant is not functioning. No lift facility and also no hot water. This was not worth for the given tariff rate. Television is not good. Only one good thing is housekeeping facility was very good and very neat. Bathroom also not good for their tariff. Totally below average.
Good stay service was good. Location was not bad. Front office were at their feet. Much better than expected and would stay in future. They have started working on their weaknesses and can expect better quality. All the very best for future.
Rooms are very worse. Not worth for even one star. Stay away if you are couple or family traveller. Bedroll and chairs are stinky and dirty. Only advantage is situated near beach. Room not ventilated. Walls are not clean and not maintained regularly.
The hotel location is good, near main market and busy road. The hotel front office is managed by one person and very difficult to find the person for any assistance. Lifts were under repair. Rooms are not maintained properly. Air conditioner found leaking and shabby. Not to recommend for anyone.

There is no room service. They won't provide even drinking water. You have to purchase them from outside which is very costly. Rooms and bathrooms were not value for money. They won't provide soap or anything until we ask them. The manager was nice and friendly staff was there.
Manager don't know his job. Not able to give right rooms as per the bookings. Bad service. Threatened my group. Lack of management skills. Unhygienic and unhealthy. Dirty rooms. Slow service. A/C was are not working at all. Bad experience.
The hotel is decent as it is pretty old, the lift doesn't work. The service was good. A fairly priced hotel if looking for a stay at night. The hotel is near to MG Road so all the attraction are nearby at a walking distance. I had pre booked it at a discount offer from MMT. It costed 2200 for 2 rooms AC for five people.
