Anjanvel

Anjanvel, a site situated close to Guhagar town, is situated at the southernmost bank and assemblage of Vashishti River and Arabian Sea. The site is renowned as Anjanvel port, which is famous for offering facilities for shipbuilding and old ship breaking and maintenance. Counted among the few all weather natural seaports, the site is dotted with numerous fishing villages and vegetations. Tourists can witness the  views of traditional fishing practices that are presently done on modern fishing boats with engines.
