Anjuna Beach

Anjuna Beach is considered to be the ‘freak capital’ of Goa and is located at a distance of 18 km from Panaji. Located 8 km away from Anjuna, this beach is famous for soft sand and palm trees. Swimming, water sports and sand castle construction are few of the famous activities at this beach.

Albuquerque Mansion, which was built in 1920 and Wednesday Flea Market are some of the key attractions near this beach. Regular mini buses are available from Mapusa and Panaji to travel to this beach. Travellers can also avail auto rickshaws and taxis to visit the Anjuna Beach.
