Appan Thampuran Smarakam

Appan Thampuran Smarakam, located at Ayyanthole, in the vicinity of Thrissur city, is famous for its vast collection of books, journals, magazines, etc.  Appan Thampuran Smarakam, which is maintained by the Kerala Sahitya Academy, was established in the year 1976. This literary and cultural museum, set up at the Kumarapuram Palace of Sri. Ramavarma Appan Thampuran, is also named after him to commemorate his literary and cultural contributions.
