I travelled to this hotel in the month of March as a holiday trip with family. The destination of the hotel was very good. The location of the hotel was very good which was conveniently located and could be reached by car. The appearance of the hotel was very good. The front office and reception services were good. The front office was well decorated. The hotel was booked through agency. The rooms facility provided by the hotel was good. The beds provided in room were good. The overall services provided by the hotel were very good. They offered services very prompt. The food and drinks offered by the hotel was very good. They offered also complimentary breakfast. Wi Fi facility was available. The activities offered by the hotel were average. The overall experience of the hotel was good.
This March our destination was Manali. This Apple Green Resort was chosen in our travel package. We hadn't had a slight idea on how the hotel would be. The overall, condition is below average. The food was above good. Few cons about this resort: 1. The beds are pathetic. Seriously round shaped beds made sure that at least one of the spouse had their legs outside the edges of bed (not that you would be sleeping with a distance). The space was so little that it continued to haunt us for our next 3 days. It was way too cold in Manali during my trip with temperature dropping during night. 2. The blankets provided by the hotel aren't worthy of being in Himachal. Yes, the blankets were covered with a cotton sheet, which made them even more colder and thus another nightmare followed. 3. The bathrooms are too untidy. They have a stinking bathroom. 4. The hot water from the tap has a fixed timing. There will be no hot water after 9 am. Created a huge problem for me considering, I got up late due to the nightmares mentioned above. 5. The hotel charges you for a heater but provides a 3rd grade product. My daughter had issues in handling the temperature in Manali. So, we ordered a heater. The hotel charged 250/- per night for the heater. But the heater hardly provided the comfort. The waves didn't even reach 2 feet. Few pros: 1. The location, it is set below lovely views of Mountains. 2. Good food. Though repetitive. 3. Hotel staff were courteous. 4. Free Wi-Fi.
Cost wise, I am satisfied with the hotel. The hotel location was on Hadimba road. Food facility was good with verity. Indoor & outdoor activity was not arranged by the hotel. The hotel staff behaviour was helpful and friendly. There was a delay in the check in and check out. Hotel place was good. Hotel appearance was good. The overall experience was good. I had food & food quality was good. Deluxe room was taken. All basic amenities were provided by hotel like WiFi. The hotel was value for the money and I would like to recommend this hotel to others. Especially Location & room was nice.
It was my trip to Manali in the month of January 2017 where I stayed in the Apple Green Resort. It was my holiday trip with family. The city Manali was very good because of its weather. My hotel location was good as number of options for shopping is more. The appearance of the hotel was average. Hotel front office was very good as they will respond quickly with appropriate information. I booked my room through online. The house keeping services in the hotel were good because of responsible quick service. The hotel room was good with ambience and facilities. The food which was served in the hotel was good, we can have a large menu of items.
The resort was not good at all. We did not have any problems reaching the resort. We were given a reservation in the resort even though they were fully occupied. We were then asked to move to another hotel. The manager was hospitable at all, his behaviour was very inappropriate. The infrastructure of the resort too is not that great, but the rooms were fine. We had the food there, the quality was good. Only veg food is available. The hotel is located very far from the bus stop, its all a very hilly area. There is a famous temple nearby. They provide a car to move around, but no parking area is there.
