We have good experience in Aaraku with plesent claimat. Punnami situated in decent place. And receiving of staff is good. Morning break fast, After noon Lunch and night restuarant facilities also good
Best Experience: In Aug 2011 I had good experience

Punami Hill Resort was very good for stay with family very good landscap and rooms are well designed neet clean Food and room service also very good the staff of resort was very cooperative overall it was a nice experience.

at aptdc haritha resort maintaince is poor ph service is out of order evn though food is good we have to go to restrnt for making an order but taking toio long time

Araku-Valley is a good place and a very calm place,,this is a very good hotel offering good services and very nice facilities.. rooms were neat and clean.. food was tasty

i felt my decision was right, the stay did not dissapoint us in any way, the service was very humble , i cant really pick out mistakes, the food was great , the booking was simple , on spot , the toilets were good too.

we have been going to this resort couple of times and it never seems to fail us infact a really nice stay i must admit, the food was good, the rooms , the boking process, the staff, everything was good.

We had a good drive in this destination and we enjoyed a lot,the surrounding of the hotel was nice and the appearance was so nice,room and bathroom were so neat and clean and its well maintained also,24hrs hot water facility,staff were so warm and helpful,food was up to the mark,we liked the service All in all its an wonderful stay in this place........

This hotel has a picturesque view overlooking the mountains - however, the other facilities like proper bathrooms, telephones, TVs, room service, restaurants and the quality of food being served is way below average. One needs to be extra cautious if anyone is particular about their food habits.
Best Experience: Place is well maintained in terms of its location, rooms, gardens and over all look and feel of the surroundings
Worst Experience: Front office and Restaurant would have no coordination; they can say: 2 Adults + 2 children per room but charge for the breakfast for two children [one of the steward said - children are not of the size of children hence the charge]; once you place the order, we literally waited for 1 hr before the food is served.

Araku-Valley is a beautiful place. the hotel is close to the railway station.The amenities provided by Punnami hill resort were good.The qulaity of the food was good

araku is a beautiful hill station, the hotel is taken care by the government. appearance and maintenance is good. food was great.. The service is also nice. I am happy with my stay there.
