My visit to this hotel was in the month of April 2016 with my family. The hoteliers have maintained swimming pool family and the food served by the hoteliers was not good. The room was facilitated with TV and coffee maker facility, room was maintained clean. The hotel is located inside the city and I had travelled to the hotel by own vehicle. This hotel had spacious parking space and the tariff paid at the hotel was around seven thousand per day.
Cochin is a good city. Good location and the beach is mind blowing. Good service and rooms are clean. Food is very tasty. Hotel staff are very good.
Hotel Arches located at the heart of Fort Cochin blends the essence of European and Indian heritage with beautifully detailed architecture and traditionally furnished rooms, a peaceful, pleasant hotel with friendly staff provides a relaxed atmosphere. Only a few minutes walk to the famous St. Francis Church and the Chinese fishnets. Many other restaurants are also nearby this hotel. We can enjoy a tasty breakfast in their rooftop open room Multi Cuisine Restaurant with a different feel. Also have a well-furnished Air-conditioned Multi Cuisine Restaurant. Wi-Fi connectivity, safety deposit box, laundry service, airport transfer, bicycle rental, car park, room service etc. Are available. Fort Kochi Beach is walking distance, Marine Drive and Ernakulam Railway station is approximate 15 to 17 km.
Very poor rooms in this price range. Management and front desk people are very rude, not at all responsive. They are completely money oriented. No hospitality. Room looks like old fashion. And bed-sheets and all have other hotel names. No restaurant for this hotel. We need to go out only to have tea and food.
Good to stay there. Nice service. Good people and their service.
