Reliable, friendly, professional service given by the staff including booking, taxi for drop etc. Value for money. I feel they operate at very less margin and are always running full. Very safe and secure for foreigners or ladies. Clean and comfortable and food is good.

Check-in and check-out process was not delayed. Inner and outer look of the hotel was fine. Room was comfortable and well-maintained. AC, TV, geyser and other necessity items were available there and they all were in working condition. Bedsheet, blanket, washroom and other furnishing were in clean condition. My room was on the ground floor that’s why no view was visible from my room. Staff of the hotel was cleaning the room regularly. Hot and cold water facility was available there for 24 hours. I took North Indian food inside the hotel but quality wise, the food was average. In my opinion price of the food was bit costly. Buffet system was not available there but A La carte system was there. Servicing staff was fine and overall services were on time. I stayed there for official purpose in July, 2014. Location wise, the hotel was situated near to the bus stand. Surrounding of the hotel was okay only. I am not sure about activity. They did not organise sightseeing trip for us. My mother tongue is Punjabi and I live in Chandigarh. Money wise, the hotel was value for money and I will recommend this hotel to other travellers. They should increase the varieties of food and also should improve their food quality.

We visited Jaipur in the month of August just for the sightseeing purpose. We choose this hotel seeing the reviews online and experienced ourselves with the great hospitality the provided us with. The room we got was very clean with all the facilities that we needed. The bathroom was very well maintained and cleaned. We stayed there for about 3 days and none of the days we asked for room service. One day we went out for sightseeing purpose and when we were back we were amazed to see our room well arranged with all our clothes neatly folded up. The hotel gave us a kind of homely feeling.

The hotel is just walking distance from the pink city and other major attractions in the city. The food at Chitra restaurant was just superb. I liked the apple juice the most though the other items were as tastier. They arranged for a trip for us and other few people residing at the hotel for a sightseeing of the jaipur city and also provided us with a guide who was as helpful. The front desk and the restaurant people were polite and helpful. This hotel has got a beautiful garden where we can relax in the evening. Beautiful hotel to stay at. I would recommend it to everyone.

This is a good hotel frequented mainly by foreigners. Rooms vary in size. The bathrooms are quite big and very clean. There is no room service. The dining hall serves excellent food, but the service is remarkably slow. There is an excellent travel desk to help out with any travel needs.

Had stayed there for two nights for a friend's wedding in April. The rooms are basic but clean and are definitely value for money. The best point about the hotel is its proximity to the city's main attractions and bazaars and is also not far away from the railway station (approx. 5 km). The food is good and the staff is courteous. The hotel also helps in arranging transport to airport if required.

The stay at Arya Niwas was very pleasant. I had one of the best stays during my Rajasthan journey. Very good service was provided along with good rooms. It was value for money. Rooms were neat and clean. You can plan your city tour at the reception desk, they arranged cabs as well. I will definitely come back.

It's located in the heart of city. Very near to all sight seeing places. Most important thing the price is very reasonable in Jaipur. Hotel staff was very much friendly. If you are lucky then you can get top floor and can enjoy the terrace open area. I was that lucky. This place is generally full with foreigners.

For the first time I was travelling to Mt Abu and the train I boarded from Jaipur as usual was late by 8 hours 15 minutes. It was very cold there, so do remember to pack woollen clothes even in you are going there in summer. Room was beautifully maintained with all the basic facilities. The best I like in the hotel was the staff

A very reasonably priced budget hotel, this one is an amazing hotel that makes every guest feel at home right from the time one makes the first phone call to make a booking till that guest checks-out after a comfortable stay. I first called the hotel to make a booking which was done without fuss and an SMS sent to my phone for confirmation. On arrival at the hotel, late evening, we were told to first go have our supper before it gets over rather than spend time checking-in. This small gesture remains in my memory and shows the training given to the staff at the hotel and the concern they show for guests, genuine and touching. After supper at the simple yet elegant restaurant that serves only vegetarian food in a dormitory kind setting, I walked up to my room in the haveli (A traditional Rajasthani dwelling) what has been converted into a cosy hotel. The room is actually like a room in a large house and is also furnished like one would do at home. Though the room was small it was furnished simply and with non standard furnishings like one would at home. The wash room is small but well furnished and maintained. Sleep quality is good as one is in a quiet neighbourhood and early morning sounds are the chirping of birds on the bushes outside! I ventured outside one morning to discover that the hotel has many rooms all nicely camouflaged by the different levels and clever conversion of the mansion into a hotel. There is a big garden and lawn area and some guests take their food there. There is also a resting place and reading room. The hotel has thoughtfully provided a small pantry, resting space and reading material for guests waiting to be checked in. Thoughtfulness towards guests is seen in actions small and big at this hotel. The restaurant serves very reasonably priced vegetarian food that is both tasty and ample. One would be hard pressed to find any room for improvement at a hotel like Arya Nivas. The added bonus is there are nice boutique type shops in the vicinity where one can tuck into some shopping too while free! Arya Nivas is the best hotel I have stayed anywhere as they really exude hospitality in all they do and really make you feel at home while there.
