As a budget hotel,my experience with this hotel is very good but not excellent due to poor room service.

The place was economical compared to other hotels around Agra. Service was also ok, not that tourist friendly. The hotel served our immediate purpose of being close to the Taj. AC Rooms were spacious but not well maintained. Since we visited in the winter season, we were given heaters in the room but most of times it was not functioning. The bathrooms were not well maintained, taps were rusted and broken. Food also was nothing exotic just the regular fare. The ONLY and main attraction to this place is the proximity to Taj Mahal

Best Experience: The best part of this hotel, is that it is located very close to the Taj Mahal which is THE attraction or purpose of going to Agra. It is walking distance and the tickets are also easily available at the Hotel's reception. Also you can see the Taj monument from the cafetaria on the terrace. The early morning view of the Taj from here is awesome and paisa vasool.

Worst Experience: I was having high fever and upset stomach in the night but there was no medication or doctor on call available. They even did not give us extra blankets inspite of requesting them several times and I was shivering throughout the night with fever. There was no concern or help whatsoever from the staff.

The hotl is very good and very near to TAL MAHAL. Excellent room and service is also good.

Best Experience: The hotel staff is very helpful and give good advice.

Worst Experience: far from rail station

The hotel is situated very close to Taj Mahal, The check-in was very smooth and the hotel provided us with entry tickets to The Taj Mahal.One can visit the Taj Mahal for a very long time or more number of time.The room service was very good. The restaurant and also the roof-top restaurent are very good. Food is nice and reasonable in cost. The water being of the boring , it was very hard water. There are no leisure activities. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Best Experience: The staff is very polite and courteous. They immediately arranged for the complementary entry tickets to the Taj Mahal.

Worst Experience: Nil, except the water, a universal problem in Agra.

No proper coordination between booking done online & available booking officer. we have to wait 1 hrs for check in.....

Best Experience: roof top restra was good with Taj view.

Worst Experience: booking staff not good
