"Nice experience"

ascot hotel is really good. loved the ambience and the location of the hotel. the staff and the service was fine. the food and the drinks served were good. had a nice stay in all. More

the hotel is just average...the rooms were fine and the hotel is well maintained...the service is great and the staff were very helpful and we wished we could have stayed longer... More

"Generally good service, but not..."

Generally good service, but not up to western standards.

Best Experience: Staff was attentive and responsive.

Worst Experience: Only bath towels were provided before requesting others and even then delivery was inconsistent.
