I visited this hotel with my family for personal reason in the month of June, and had a very good experience without any problem. The location of the hotel was convenient to travel and it was on main road but it was far from Railway Station. The surrounding of the hotel was good. The behaviour of the staff in the hotel was good and helpful in service with quick request. The room allotted to me was good and well-maintained with all basic amenities in working condition but there was no view. They used to clean the room and restroom on daily basis. There was no delay in check-in and check-out process. The internal and external appearance of the hotel was good. They provide both veg and non-veg food and we ate food in the hotel restaurant and it was good in quantity, quality and price too. There were no activities in the hotel and they did not organise for sightseeing trip but they arranged cab facility so we utilised it. The problem, which I faced, was with a driver, he was not responding, so they need to change the driver and this is suggestion to the management. Overall, the stay was good and I will recommend to other travellers.
My family and I had been to this place in Diwali for holidays. The hotel was convenient to locate and is not much far from public transport. The surrounding of the hotel is hygienic and staff members were helpful and quick in service. There was no problem in check-in or checkout process. The room provided to us was well maintained and spacious enough to accommodate a family, and had all the basic amenities and hygienic wash room. We had taken only breakfast at the hotel it was good in both quality and taste. I did not observe any activity conducted by the hotel but sightseeing trip was offered. Overall, it was a good experience for us, this hotel is absolutely worth for money, and I would stay at the same hotel on my next visit.
I visited there with my family. Very good place to stay, located in the heart of main city and walking distance from the Fatesagar jheel. Food was nice and at reasonable rates, Full paisa vasool. Ambiance of the rooms was very good just like a 3 star hotels. Parking place of the hotel was not proper, the only little problem which I had faced but then well-managed by the staff of the hotel. Well behaved staff as for what the Rajasthan is famous for. Overall me and my family enjoyed a lot staying over there.
I had visited Udaipur for a small holiday. Firstly, let me tell you this hotel is not near the lake. The lake is about 1 km away ...basically 20 mins walk or 5 mins auto (Rs 25/-). Mostly, people like to stay near Pichola lake but believe me the roads are so narrow that even autos found it difficult to move in. My visit during the diwali time made things worse. There were police barricades near the entrance to the lal ghat area....so in case I had booked any hotel in that area, I may have had to pull my luggage to the hotel. So I don't regret my decision. In fact it was a smart choice judging by the location. The hotel is located in Chetak circle- a banking area of Udaipur. So it is very safe. Commuting is no problem at all. Autos are readily available. There is a taxi stand also nearby. I had stayed in a super deluxe room. The only difference between a deluxe room and a super deluxe room was that it had a minibar. Hold on...There was nothing stocked in that mini fridge door and I noticed the refrigerator door did not close properly. However the rooms were very clean and tidy. The bathroom was also very clean but lacked an exhaust fan.The linen and the towels were very clean. The toiletries were good but a toothpaste would make it complete. There was only one plug socket and that too a two pin in the room. So I had to plug my laptop and my mobile to the socket in which the fridge was connected. The television in the room was fine but the picture was not of digital quality. It was from a local cable network. The staff of the hotel are very friendly. They are always willing to help you. The taxi service provided by the hotel for my visit to Raunakpur and Kumbalgarh was also great- Tata Indigo A.C. at Rs 2100/-. The restaurant at the hotel is quite economical and the food is also quite tasty. I can't comment on the breakfast since I did not have have it there any day. There are also many restaurant very nearby...Biriyani House is worth a try, But its just a take away counter. The only thing that bothered me was the colour of the rooms and its furnitures. The rooms are pink or blue with matching furniture. It somewhat didn't reflect the class and made the room a little gloomy. However everything was balance with the level of cleanliness in the room.
In February I had visited this hotel and it was a business trip. The location was good and it was a business visit so no more views on the location. The hotel location was excellent and very near to the city. The best way to reach was car. The hotel appearance was really excellent. It was very good looking. The front desk was excellent and the staff's was very friendly and I visited this hotel directly they responded immediately. The rooms were clean and spacious. The service also good. The food was good in taste mainly palace panner and all covered major part in restaurant. No complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi available at Lobby area. No travel desk facility but it was good in location and it was overall a very nice and good experience
