It is the resort run by ex-chef of Taj. The food and hospitality of Hiraji and Ahwini is very good. Felt like home by their warmness. The best part is the cleanliness and warmth of owners. Room Tip:swimming pool facing rooms are very nice, the view will be super.
The scenery is quite good and it is a nice place to be away from the city. The accommodation and the food was simple and pleasant. A must visit for all nature lovers and quiet beach lovers. The service and the hospitality could have been a bit better. Also hygiene in terms of general cleanliness can be improved.
The resort was full of greenery and had an orchard inside. It also had a small swimming pool to cool off the heat. You feel the nature and can forget all your tensions. The room was very clean and the A/C was very effective. The decor was rustic and felt very nice. The staff was also very courteous and we bought many delicacies as well as fresh vegetables from there. You can sit outside on the couch and enjoy the nature around you.
This place is simply AWESOME! It is a HEAVEN on earth. Such a beautiful and peaceful place, just 130 km away from Mumbai. One of the most crowded and noisy cities. The services are very homely. The staff cares for their customer, a lot. Everyone needs were fulfilled in timely manner and housekeeping service was simply amazing. Restaurant is in beautiful open space from where we can enjoy food as well as the natural view. The food is amazing and comparatively much inexpensive. Specially the "Chikoo Pickle". The swimming pool is located in such a place, from where we can have beautiful view of "mountains" and "chikoo wadi". If anyone want take a break from their hectic life and experience the peaceful heavenly feeling, I strongly recommend this "Ashwini Garden Resort".
It was a good experience. The scenic beauty of the place was the best experience.
Myself and two of my friends stayed in this hotel for 1day and felt that our money was valued even the hotel its surroundings were nice and there is a sufficient parking place for vehicles.
we are the frequent travellers to bordi ,as its nearest destination to mumbai.on the last trip while driving in area called borigaon we happen to discover this low profile place called ashwini garden with the simple board in marathi.beyond the gate we saw lush green patch of banana plantation.just to see it we entered , as my little boy wanted to see how bananas grow.we had no planning to stay here ,as had already booked ourselves at hotel in bordi near the beach. but after seeing the vegetable plantations, the dinning area, swimming pool (covered ),well kept rooms ,and clean bath rooms and ATV,s wow!.we stayed at our hotel which was booked but extended our holiday by two days to stay here.we had a paeceful and rejuvenating stay.thanks
Experience at Aswini Gardens is excellent. The hospitlity of the family makes you feel at HOME. The food is excellent. One important aspect to be appreciated is the cleanliness which is just out standing.
As i didn\'t have much options for stay. Had stayed here. Was quiet good. Worth the price.
