At Thekkady this is the best place to stay. Everything about this resort is excellent.

Thekkady is a beautiful place and the location of this place is awesome as am a member of club mahindra I would like to stay here,and the staff were so friendly and helpful,good rooms and well cleaned bathroom,very much comfortable beds and its reasonable also,food was in good quality and overall am happy with the stay....

it is a fantastic place to visit.. u can see the snow filled mountains from the hotel .. the view from the room is soo divine .. the hotel provides top class services and delicious food

We are Club Mahindra members & have visited many CM resorts. Thekkady would rank lowest in the list. Resort is not well-maintained - rooms are not clean and have a rundown look. Bathrooms are not well-ventilated, have missing dustbins and poorly working shower. Swimming pool looked unkept. Customer service also needs to improve - request for extra towel in the morning was answered late at night after a reminder. Similarly for some other requests. Food is too expensive and not extraordinary. With the fun dining option no longer available at CM, it is really very expensive to eat at the resort. Evening activity areas were mostly empty (even though resort had high occupancy) so the charm of a relaxed fun evening with games or music was also missing. Most people had gone out of the resort for dinner so it was not really the fun CM environment which we have experienced earlier in other resorts.

Best Experience: A cultural dance program in the evening was very good - the performance was good but there was hardly any crowd (only 8-10 people including us) to watch it at the activity area.

Worst Experience: The bathroom was stinking all the time. The exhaust was not working properly and if we opened the bathroom ventilation window outsider could get a peek into the bathroom !!
