The Atithi Hotel, Guwahati

The hotel is in Paltan Bazar area, opposite to Nepali Mandir. Very near to Railway station, and most business joints. The hotel is a Three-Star property, but they give u service of high repute & satisfaction.

Best Experience: I had booked my rooms over phone, but on reaching the hotel, the check-in process was very smooth. The house keeping staffs were very polite & kept everything very clean. The quality of food is excellent and the servings are of great value to what you pay.

Worst Experience: Nothing as such.

Extremely bad in every sense. The Airconditioner didn\'t work 2 days & finally when the technician came he cleaned the filtre then it worked. We had taken 2 rooms both rooms\' a/c was having similar problem. The restaurant area in the ground floor was terrible and furniture was absolutely bad and airconditioners also didn\'t work there. The Lift collapsible door should be removed; it gives a feeling of 1950s. Room boys are trained to handle Guests. Only good thing is reception who gives good smile but helpless to help Guests in general.

Best Experience: Nothing. all bad
