Avalon Holiday Resort Looks very beautiful and they did not disappointed us by their service . it was also great . The price was more but again they serve u really well . Food was excellent . I loved my stay at this hotel .

Best Experience: ya the bst experience is the fog that u c frm ur room window wen u look down towards valley,, amazin feelin

Worst Experience: the onli disadvantage is this place is at sum hite so u cant walk up evritime u get out to the mkt, its tiring or u need convience... hotel does provide this faclity but u have to wait which is kind of turn off, rest all is fine

Avalon Holiday Resort, Mussoorie, Uttaranchal is a great hotel to stay for a vacation . If you want to have a vacation to Mussoorie then this hotel i sthe best option i guess. Ya, i agrre that the price is a bit high but at the same time they give you all necessary benefits. Rooms were very good . Wish to revisit this hotel once again whenever I drop here.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Avalon resorts, mussoorie. We stayed there from 18-21 december 2011.The resort is situated at gunhill with beautiful surroundings including the himalayan ranges and the doon valley.The night view of the doon valley is so beautiful, it appears as if colourful stars are twinkling below in the valley instead of in the sky.The climate though a bit cold in the dark hours, was enjoyable. The warmth of the Avalon interiors and excellent service made our stay very cosy and comfortable. Added to it was the flavour that it not being the peak season , the destination was not congested and we sent plentiful time roaming on the mall road enjoying the beauty of the queen of hills. All type of food is easily available in mussoorie as well as in the resort.If time permits, i would like to visit again the destnation with the same resort. Only one thing we missed was the snowfall which has now become rare in mussoorie. Nonetheless, in decembers, avalon resorts is a wonderful place to stay in ,away from the maddening crowd, in the lap of nature.

Best Experience: Our overall experience was enjoyable, the staff being very polite, ready for any kind of service at any hour, cleanliness being maintained, providing warmth and peace of mind to its guests. We were a group of 8 people and had booked a royal suite and an excecutive one. On our request the reception made arrangements and provided us with attached rooms so that we could enjoy our stay together. There was a blower provided in bedroom, and on day one, the hall being very cold, our children requested the television to be shifted to bed room. The staff immediately made another television available for the bedroom.

Worst Experience: There is nothing specific about the worst part, except that i would like to see more activites and more games be provided and a discotheque be added to their amenities and facilities.

stay at Avalon was great, but the only negative point about this resort is, it's situated on almost top of the hill. So it's hard to walk down to it sometimes from mall road.. Not at all advisable for old age people..
