This is nice place to visit at Candolim beach, nice service and good view of Goa. The pool was not very big but it's okay for small group of persons. Hopefully next time, will visit the hotel definately. Lots of hotels at Candolim but this is a good place to visit, I am suggesting to visit once Goa.
My experience in the hotel Glendale Holiday Homes with friends was good. The location of the hotel is fine and well-connected to the city. The booking system was good and no delay in check in, check out process. The internal and external appearance of the hotel is good. I ate food which was like homely made and it was delicious and reasonable. The....Read More
I visited Goa with friends for relaxation and stayed in this hotel. It was located outskirts of the city. The external appearance of the hotel was good compared to internal appearance. The staff members in the hotel were not hygienic. The room allotted to me was spacious and it was well maintained with all required amenities in working condition. T....Read More
It's a very good hotel with adequate services. The pool comes as handy for fun. They are also quite reasonable considering the location. But service at times, is slow. Service boys are very co-operative and helpful. The rooms are very clean and hygienic.
Well, about Ave Maria Beach Resort, I have visited twice to this place. I have been to goal many times, this time had been with a group of friends as they were visiting Goa for the 1st time. They wanted to go to churches, museum, and mainly for beaches for watersports. So the best place I could think of was any hotel close to beach which was decent....Read More
Overall stay was good like location, food, drinks. Room condition and tidiness are also fine. Just room service is not that well. I would like to visit again and your resort will be my option. However location was the most attractive thing about the resort.
This resort is located in good place, a walk-able distance from Candolim beach but the services are poor. Interiors also not up-to the mark, not recommended for the couples/family. Toilets are not clean, not suggested. No activities and restaurants available in the resort.
The location of the hotel is good as nearby beach, the room are well maintained by the staff. There was beautiful swimming pool and we enjoyed the same, the overall is good and we like it. At that season the beach was not in good shape with lot of garbage here and there, I suggest we should visit in December during Christmas.
The hotel seemed very nice from outside, as it had a huge lawn which also helped us in chilling out in the night. The property had ample space for parking and everything. The rooms were a bit cosy, but were adjustable. The food was really very good, also the room rates were good.

I travelled to Candolim beach and stayed at Ave Maria Beach Resort for three days with my family. The hotel is forty kilometre away from transportation area. The hotel is well-located and faced no difficulty in reaching the hotel the surrounding of the hotel is in modern style. The internal and external appearance of the hotel is nice. The staff were friendly cooperative and in quick response. There was no delay in check-in and check-out process. The room provided was AC, which was neat and clean with amenities in good condition and fine pillows and blankets. The staff used to clean the room regularly but there was no view from the room. The bathroom was fine with hot water facility. I ate food in the hotel in normal condition, which was reasonable. The hotel did not organise any activities and there is no suggestion for any improvement of the hotel I have recommended some of my friends to stay there.
Well, about Ave Maria Beach Resort, I have visited twice to this place. I have been to goal many times, this time had been with a group of friends as they were visiting Goa for the 1st time. They wanted to go to churches, museum, and mainly for beaches for watersports. So the best place I could think of was any hotel close to beach which was decent and affordable so I took them to this resort, which 5 min by walk to candolim beach. The pools was good and as good as shown in the picture. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean with hot water available. The rooms had AC but little difficult to manage temperature. The wardrobes should have been clean as it had a layer of dust and cobwebs. The rooms had good and clean beds, pillows and comforters which gave us peaceful sleep. They had TV with cable connection also. The staff was good and welcoming.Do not forget to carry newspapers so that you can use them to clean your wardrobe before keeping clothes on them. And do carry required toiletries as they do not provide them.Food definitely needs to be improved as when we asked for juice they got us a huge tetra pack of Tropicana instead of fresh fruit. So it's better to have food in restaurant, but they do provide food on request. It's nice to go for a early morning walk and mid-night star gazing in candolim beach, which I missed to do! This beach is good compared to Baga/Calangute as this beach was comparatively less crowded.Hope to give more reviews about future visiting places.
Great place. Close to the beach. Very cordial and friendly atmosphere. Run by the family members. They are very friendly and take care of all your needs. Special Goan dishes personally made by the owner lady are awesome and the food and drinks are reasonably priced. Supposed to be a favourite spot for foreigners.
Property comprises of a few structures, every diverse age. We lived in the building with a swimming pool. Rooms are unassuming, yet with every one of the luxuries incorporate aerating and cooling, fridge, TV. Lighting in the room is terrible. Water to run hot for quite a while it must be lower, generally speaking, the first wash under cool water, the second under hot. No living animals in the room was most certainly not. To begin with in the restroom was a track from the ants, however following one day of our stay gone, clearly, we are frequently washed :) mosquitoes in the parts at night without repellent in the city don't sit. In the room, obviously, as well, flew and hummed in the ear. For breakfast is a period to request an omelet, and afterward we conveyed it each morning. Sheets are dark, yet a few times, and were white, and in conclusion, given the most recent towels to have changed the towels, we cleared out them on the bed. Staff obliging and benevolent. We don't have anything to be lost, cash and international IDs were put away in a bag with mix lock or in a travel sack. Neighbors lost a few bundles, however we believed that they essentially assumed control over the refuse to the shoreline 5 minutes. To experience superior to anything an empty part with direct access to sheku bonos, where divine nourishment, clean toilets and a shower. For the beds did not take the cash. What's more, on the off chance that you experience the parking garage, on the shoreline with you fundamentally will approach a charge for beds. Try not to go there, there's quite a few people, and at 5 requested that leave the sunbed.
Went for a trip but it went a memorable one due to the resort. The place was really amazing and soothing. The food as well was lovely. It felt like I should stay here for a while because everything was just fine. I really loved the place. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
