Was disappointed by the overall experience..though the location is bang in the middle of business district, the hotel is too dingy and down market. Can only be opted if no other better option is available or if the stay is really short

When arrived at hotel in the evening (it is usual for passengers coming from calcutta), I found that my booking was cancelled. I have to stay that night in a sub-standard hotel. Next day, got the room. Room is nice and room service is also good.... More
