I stayed just for a night in A/C Capsule room. Room is small but with all amenities. Excellent room for a backpacker. Booked through Makemytrip and just paid 562 Rs for a 999+ taxes rs room. For 562 Rs its heaven. Complementary Breakfast was good (not the best). Wifi is not so good in the room, but in the lobby its coming fine. Ambience was good.

Room was clean and room service was good. Property is really good with sufficient parking space, neat and clean and well-maintained. A good restaurant, swimming pool and a function hall is also available. Restaurant food is excellent but its a vegetarian hotel. No travel desk available which was the only problem I faced. You have to either depend on Uber, Ola or just come out of the hotel and take auto rickshaws/taxi.

If you cross the road there will be 2-3 auto rickshaws standing during normal office hours. But early morning/ late night you have to depend on the Uber/ ola cabs. For shopping you can go to Vyttila or Nucleus mall which is 50 Rs point in auto. Bus stop is just near by and south railway station is 100 Rs point in auto. All together I really enjoyed the stay.

I loved BTH Sarovaram, it's a good place to stay in the heart of city. To the end of the resort there is backwater and it's a nice place to hangout. The food served was good and mouthwatering. The resort has a small Ganapati shrine in its compound. It has ample car parking space, two halls for organising functions etc. Overall the resort is a nice hangout and hideout in Kochi.

I like everything about this hotel. The room, service, location, breakfast that is included with the room, friendly and professional staff etc etc. However, every time I need to make a payment at the reception for either the room service, or the hotel bill itself, they invariably seem short of change. They don't even make an attempt to give you the change. And the standard response is. " I will give you later". Though the amount may not be significant to a travellers, this approach by the front office staff is a fly in the ointment in the otherwise pleasant experience. If anyone from the Sarovaram management reads this, they may want to educate the front office staff to resist doing this. It is not professional.

I had stayed at this hotel on the night of 11th and 12th in their Capsule Room. The room is ideal for a single traveller for an overnight stay. Even the price was budget friendly. The room service menu has very limited items and could do with more choices.

The only issue we had was the behaviour of the staff in the restaurant, when we went for a few of our meals especially the non local ones who served turned out to be extremely rude. Rooms were good, location is right on the highway. The eco friendly nature of the hotel is an attractive point for many.

I was impressed by its appearance and location, the experience was terrible. Room wasn't that clean, there was too many small cockroaches in my room, they didn't even change my room and did not respond. The pool was good, it was near my room, you get only veg food from this hotel. It was a terrible experience in the restaurant, complete waste of money. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was one of the best vegetarianís hotels provided in Cochin Kerala. We had been visiting that hotel for last 15 yrs. The booking was done online. There was no delay in check in and checkout. We being a regular customer they offer us a special discount of 25%. The hotel was near the Port and good place for shopaholics people as one can easily assess the shopping mall and others areas. The hotel appearance was very decent traditional but very good, spacious and with great comfort room with good the food. Language was not problem as they knew English. The majority of the staff was good and helpful so service was good. The food was good in varieties of south Indian and north Indian the food. Wi-Fi facility a there in the reception and there was a cyber cafe in the hotel so guest can use it. room was well maintained, neat spacious and well polished. Activities were not conducted. It was on our way to Kanyakumari trip so as the place was know we happen to stay there. Destination Cochin was very good. The stay was recommended to others. Suggestion to make it more economic as the rates was too high.
