The experience was very nice. The hotel was conveniently located. We didn’t face any difficulty to find the hotel. It was near to the railway station. Surroundings of the hotel were very nice. The interior and exterior of the hotel was good. The room was spacious, well maintained, neat and clean. The amenities like geyser, TV and AC were working properly. The food was nice both veg and non veg. It was reasonable. Check-in and check-out was done without any problem. We arranged our own sightseeing trip. I will surely recommend this hotel to others. It was value for money.
My experience at this hotel was very good and its location is convenient for travelling. It is very good place but we have to drive one hour from airport. The staff members in the hotel are very good and quick in their service especially the reception person was really supportive. The appearance of the hotel was very good and interiors are maintained in traditional style, which was really nice. I did not use the swimming pool available but it was maintained cleanly. The food provided in the hotel was only vegetarian which was really delicious in taste and superb in quality. The room provided to me was pool facing with all the required amenities and hygienic washroom. The destination is superb and hotel was definitely worth for money.
The hotel was one of the best vegetarian’s hotels provided in Cochin Kerala. We had been visiting that hotel for last 15 yrs. The booking was done online. There was no delay in check in and checkout. We being a regular customer they offer us a special discount of 25%. The hotel was near the Port and good place for shopaholics people as one can easily assess the shopping mall and others areas. The hotel appearance was very decent traditional but very good, spacious and with great comfort room with good the food. Language was not problem as they knew English. The majority of the staff was good and helpful so service was good. The food was good in varieties of south Indian and north Indian the food. Wi-Fi facility a there in the reception and there was a cyber cafe in the hotel so guest can use it. room was well maintained, neat spacious and well polished. Activities were not conducted. It was on our way to Kanyakumari trip so as the place was know we happen to stay there. Destination Cochin was very good. The stay was recommended to others. Suggestion to make it more economic as the rates was too high.
I loved BTH Sarovaram, it's a good place to stay in the heart of city. To the end of the resort there is backwater and it's a nice place to hangout. The food served was good and mouthwatering. The resort has a small Ganapati shrine in its compound. It has ample car parking space, two halls for organising functions etc. Overall the resort is a nice hangout and hideout in Kochi.
I quite often going to Kochi for my office work and used to stay in BTH Sarovaram This is one of nice hotel in Kochi. Rooms are very clean and well maintained.
