Baba Garibnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is also known as the second Baidyanath. It is believed that there was a banyan tree here and when the owner tried to cut the tree, he found a Shivalinga inside. Later that night, the owner dreamt of Baba Gabrinath, who ordered him to build a temple at the site and install the Shivalinga found by him in the temple.
