it was a simply comfortable stay, a quite experience. all the staffs were very friendly.
Best Experience: they are ready to assist on anything promptly. the evening party for new year was great.
Worst Experience: not anything specific.

good location......city centre is 2 mins walking distance.....marine drive is not far away....front office is very good......rooms are well maintained.....staff are friendly and active......overall nice experience
