I stayed at the hotel in August month 2016. The destination city was good and felt good. The hotel was located in the city was convenient. The appearance was good. The check-in and check-out proves was done on time. The staff are well behaved. They gave service on time. The room was worthy. The room was spacious, neat and clean with good amenities. It was well maintained. I did not avail food from the hotel. Overall, the stay was good and all the facilities were very good.
The food served by the hotel was ok. The price of the food was very expensive. The quality of the food was not up to the mark. The room allotted to me was good. The parking facility was not much arranged by the hotel. The hotel was located at the city.
The service of the hotel is very good. The hotel is also providing doctor on call facility which is very helpful for the people having some health problem. Laundry service is also there in hotel. Overall I liked the hotel. The experience at Katra is also very good. One must go and visit this place.
It was a sudden plan to visit there so I could not book hotel by choosing from many options. I booked this hotel not knowing much about this. But when I went there, the experience was not good. They don't have a trained staff who know how to behave with customers. The rooms are not cleaned properly. The food they provide is of average quality. There is nothing like room service. The amount they charge is very high against the service they provided to me and my family. I would never wanna visit that hotel again the next time I visit Katra.
The destination was easily located with nice ambience along good staff services as well as clean, neat rooms along working amenities and hygienic laundry services whereas there was no view from the rooms. The food was good but there was no activities and there was no hassles during check in and check out.
I had gone there with my family in April, 2013. I stayed there for five days. I made my booking directly with the hotel. Hotel was located near to the bus stand. Food facility was not available in the hotel. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. TV, AC and other basic amenities were available in the room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Gym and extra activities were there. Ambience of the hotel was up to the mark. I had no problem during check-in and check-out process. It was a religious trip.
My stay was good. Not many sightseeing areas are available in Katra and here is just Vaishno Devi Mandir. If you want to do more sightseeing you have to go to Srinagar. Location wise it is in the middle of the city. You will find no problem in location this hotel. Appearance is good. For Vaishno Devi Mandir, you have to reach Katra and this hotel is at the prime location. Food and other facilities and services are available. Rooms are neat and clean. I found no problem with this hotel and everything was properly arranged for us. Staff behavior was also good. Food is tasty. Only veg varieties are served here. It is reasonable budget hotel in terms of tariff. Not any games facility is available. Booking front office is average. Katra is good. I can recommend this hotel for others.
We visited Vaishno Devi this year in May\'12 and were put up at Bandhu Palace. Decent place. Good room service. Hotel staff is very humble and co-operative. Staff helped us with cab booking on request and the cab service was good. Had absolutely no problems staying there. We enjoyed our stay.
The ambiance and decor of the hotel is just ok. The carpet was dirty and there is no power point where one could charge the mobile. And the AC was noisy. There was no arrangement for food except bread and butter due to some problem in Jammu but the staff was very supportive and location is nice.
