It is hard ti imagine how this place gets the kind of reviews it does. The experience was a complete letdown. This could be a good place for a massage, just get in, get the massage and get out, don't bother about anything else....

A lovely place let down by the abysmal service. It took 30 mins to sort out the booking after already being phoned and explaining everything on the phone and they still got it wrong! International buffet had only 2 pasta dishes all rest was Indian fare. Also a hotel 'rule' says that only diet drinks can be served at the pool. So who is in charge of the silly rules? The management need to take ownership and leadership and get...
