Hotel Review of Our Native Village
Comments: We had a fantastic experience, for the family reunion that we went for. The service and support that my family got during our stay there for our reunion was great. Each one of my family member went back extremely happy and appreciative of both the place and the staff for taking very good care of us (I should add here 'for being tolerant' too).
The staff were standing endlessly on their feet, without losing their cool and still managing to keep the smile on their faces. The co-operation they gave for all the customising they had to do with the food for some family members was great. I observed every tiny gesture and it is well embedded in my mind with appreciation.
Best Experience: We has a great karoake session and played a lot of the rural games like gilli danda, flying kites. etc. We all did some pottery also! On the last evening, they did a small, but meaningfull reunion ritual which added a lot of depth to our reunion.
Worst Experience: Nothing at all

Hotel Review of Our Native Village
Perfect weekend getaway for a Bangalorean. The place is really nice and the concept is good. They had thought of small things like a slide for the kids, lots of books, and very innovative ways of playing chess, ludo and snakes and ladders. Not too much one can do. They have a nice spa, but the massages are only for men! The staff is very cordial and helpful. The food is very average. They charge you extra for every activity...

Hotel Review of Our Native Village
The most Charming place we have ever been to. From the individually painted murals in the room walls, to the lotus in the natural pond like swimming pool, this is as charming as it gets. We were completely transported back to the Amar Chitra Katha stories we read as children. In today's day and age this is as close you can get to your roots and to nature. It is extremely inspiring to see the eco ways actually being practiced...

Hotel Review of Our Native Village
A very nice place, that reminds you of how much more can be done to conserve natural resources without compromising on Quality of Life. Usually, Eco friendly places get so economical that you start dreading them, or they pay lip service to conservation. Our Native Village is one of the true torch bearers, that won't compromise on your lifestyle. A nice chillout place and a good weekend getaway. Pack a few things to do, if you are not into just getting boozed...

Hotel Review of Our Native Village
Our overall experience was actually very good. Some of the issues we faced was more to do with the weather when we were out visiting (really really hot!) but we got passed that after sometime. This resort is really about capturing a time from the past that somehow seems to have slipped from us. It is good to arrive with no expectations and just follow the flow....
